We designed Trace Horse to offer artists the cozy, relaxed vibe of a residential space while at the same time providing world-class recording gear and facilities essential for creating top-tier recordings. Our goal is to cultivate an environment where creativity can flourish amidst the comforts of home, without compromising on the high-quality standards that are crucial for producing exceptional music.

We are located in the thriving little neighborhood of Berry Hill. We have many walkable restaurants (Vui’s Kitchen, Sunflower Cafe, Baja Burrito, Sam & Zoe’s) just minutes away. 12 minutes from the Nashville Airport and 10 minutes from downtown Nashville.
